Is Fibercape "Residential Service"?
We do not sell a package of TV, Phone, Internet bundled services (AKA "Residential Service"). It is an Internet Service only, but many users add specific Internet packages to suit their business operations. Of course, if you are in a residential area, but you work from your house remotely, ask your remote user to talk to us for a secured faster Internet connection.
Do you provide high speed video connections!
This has become more of our specialty! Remote offices often "video conference" to headquarters in many different situations. Fibercape specializes interconnecting video cameras (generally remotely) by either microwave or fiber optic lines. Please inquire about our line of Video cameras, DVRs, and hosting of these products!
Do you have customer service?
Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services technicians are available to answer your questions 24/7/365. Our customer service is located here in the greater MA/RI area. All customers are monitored for secured connectivity. Although we do not offer manually viewed video, most of our video cameras we supply operate on movement in the field of view. Video surveillance that we offer is "high end" where we provide the cameras and the connectivity. There are many manufacturers, but we have developed relationships for the past 25 years in those products that "work".
